Panasonic Unveils New Short-Throw LCD Projectors for Corporate and Museum Environments

Panasonic Connect Europe has launched its VMZ7ST Series, a new line of short-throw LCD projectors designed for corporate settings and immersive museum displays. The PT-VMZ7ST and PT-VMZ6ST are the brightest short-throw laser projectors from Panasonic, offering impressive brightness levels of 7,000 lumens and 6,200 lumens, respectively.

These projectors are designed for flexibility, with a short-throw lens that allows for a 100-inch image from just 5.6 feet. The VMZ7ST Series features an optical zoom and wide-range lens shift, making it easier to position the projector and tailor the image size without moving the unit.

The projectors come equipped with Panasonic’s Angle Monitor function, which allows users to remotely check the tilt angle of the projector without physical adjustments. The geometric correction functions also enable projection onto curved or irregular surfaces, ideal for unique room configurations or museum environments.

Sustainability is a key focus for the VMZ7ST Series, which offers energy-saving features like Auto Power On and a long lifespan of up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free operation. The ECO Filter, which can be cleaned and reused twice, and the use of recycled resins for 56% of the chassis also contribute to reducing waste.

The VMZ7ST Series will be available in the first quarter of 2025, offering a reliable and energy-efficient solution for a wide range of projection needs.
