Avidex has acquired Visual Commands, a design and programming consultant known for control system coding, automation and remote monitoring service solutions.
Monty Champoux, president of Visual Commands, will join Avidex as chief technology officer (CTO), overseeing technology strategy and innovation. The entire Visual Commands team has also transitioned to Avidex.
