A renowned Las Vegas Strip casino has revamped its audio system to enhance the guest experience with cutting-edge technology from Powersoft. The renovation, completed by Long Island-based Global AV Group, features 26 Powersoft Quattrocanali 4804 DSP-D and 13 Quattrocanali 8804 DSP-D amplifiers, as well as five X4L amplifiers, all equipped with built-in DSP and Dante networking.
Designed to tackle the challenges of sound management in a bustling casino environment, the new system delivers crystal-clear audio without overpowering the lively ambiance. Powersoft’s ArmoníaPlus software ensures seamless sound distribution, maintaining consistent audio quality across the sprawling gaming floor.

Ojeda shares the approach taken to ensure this project was a success: “To meet the client’s mandate, we began with a meticulous and comprehensive assessment of the property, considering every nuance and potential challenge. A team of eight worked tirelessly over five days and nights to complete the initial phase, which involved locating the transformers,the cable paths, addressing the speaker-hole size in the ceiling, power requirements, and addressing countless other details to ensure a smooth and successful installation. By the way, taking the entire system offline for an extended period of time was not an option, so maintaining the guest experience was critically important to the project’s overall success.”
The new sound system combines Powersoft amplifiers with more than a thousand loudspeakers and subwoofers from various manufacturers. The system’s seamless integration with Powersoft’s Dynamic Music Distribution System allows flexible audio content sharing across multiple zones.
