Cleerline Technology Group has released the SSF-2x8POE-RUGGED, a non-managed industrial PoE switch built for high-performance networking in harsh environments.
The 2×8 switch includes two SFP Gigabit ports and eight 10/100/1000Base-TX Gigabit Ethernet ports, each capable of delivering up to 30 watts of PoE+ power. Designed for durability, the SSF-2x8POE-RUGGED operates in temperatures ranging from -40° to +75°C/-40°F to 167°F, making it suitable for extreme indoor and outdoor installations.
The unit features a rugged IP40-rated metal housing with surge protection and redundant power inputs, meeting IEC and EN standards for industrial equipment. Its DIN rail-mountable design supports easy integration in AV and IT systems where space, stability, and environmental resilience are priorities.
As a plug-and-play device with auto-negotiation and MDI/MDI-X support on every port, the SSF-2x8POE-RUGGED is engineered for seamless installation in demanding technical environments, including AV over IP systems, digital signage networks and surveillance applications.
