Sharp Unveils Plug-and-Play 138″ and 165″ LED Displays with USB-C and HDMI

Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA) introduced its new LD-AF Series of All-in-One Direct View LED displays, offering integrated functionality and fast setup aimed at classrooms, conference rooms and meeting spaces.

The new displays are available in two sizes—138 inches and 165 inches—and are designed for quick deployment. According to Sharp, the units can be installed in as little as two hours without requiring specialized training.

The LD-AF Series features an embedded system on a chip (SoC) and includes three HDMI ports, a USB-C input with charge-back support, built-in speakers, and onboard Wi-Fi. The displays also support wireless screen sharing and media playback. Sharp’s software integration includes NaViSet Administrator2, Crestron Connected compatibility and EShare for added control and collaboration.
