InfoComm 2025 Focuses on Digital Signage Innovation

Digital signage will take center stage at InfoComm 2025, with hundreds of solution providers and education sessions exploring how display technology is reshaping communication, engagement and operations. The show runs June 7–13, with exhibits open June 11–13 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

More than 200 digital signage exhibitors—including Barco, LG, Panasonic and Sony—will be on the show floor. Over 30 dedicated sessions will offer insights from industry experts and end users, including representatives from the Dallas Cowboys.

“Digital signage represented $41.4 billion of pro AV revenue globally in 2024 and is forecast to grow by 5.7% through 2029, according to AVIXA’s Industry Outlook and Trends Analysis (IOTA),” said Jenn Heinold, Senior Vice President, Expositions, Americas, AVIXA, producer of InfoComm. “At InfoComm, the digital signage channel, from manufacturers to systems integrators, will gather to discuss the latest opportunities, challenges, and trends for this growing solution.”

Programming includes “Sustainable Strategies for Reducing the Carbon Footprint of Digital Signage” on Tuesday, June 10, featuring speakers from AVI-SPL, Kibo121, Legrand AV and Zenova. The panel will share practical approaches to implementing environmentally responsible signage solutions.

The “Market Insights Breakfast: Digital Signage” on Wednesday, June 11, will highlight how AI, cybersecurity, managed services and sustainability are changing the digital signage landscape. Hosted by Florian Rotberg and Stefan Schieker of Invidis Consulting, the session will offer data-backed analysis and trends.

Also on Wednesday, a panel of industry leaders from the Dallas Cowboys, LG and SAVI iQ will discuss how DVLED and advanced data systems are enhancing stadium fan experiences and creating new revenue streams for venue owners.

On Thursday, June 12, the Digital Signage Federation will host the session “Revolutionizing Retail Operations With Digital Signage: Enhancing Efficiency and Employee Engagement,” exploring how digital signage can improve operational efficiency and employee engagement in retail settings. The discussion will highlight strategies for using signage in warehouses and back-of-house areas to strengthen internal communications and drive performance.

On Friday, June 13, the Digital Signage Federation will present “Mastering Digital Signage Deployment: Navigating Supply Chain and Logistics for Seamless Execution,” offering strategies to streamline every phase of digital signage deployment—from planning and logistics to maintaining quality across multiple locations.

On Thursday at the Technology Innovation Stage (Booth 2461), the session “Trend Forecast: Digital Signage” will explore how AI-powered technologies are transforming interactivity and digital engagement.

Show floor tours, led by Digital Signage Federation Ambassador Paul Fleuranges, will run Wednesday and Thursday, taking attendees to booths showcasing the latest in displays, CMS and cloud-based signage platforms.
