Dell launches Pro Plus Earbuds with AI-powered audio for hybrid work Dell introduced the Pro Plus Earbuds (EB525) as the newest addition to its AI-driven audio portfolio. The earbuds are designed for hybrid work and certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, combining active noise cancellation, voice optimization and IT management tools.
The Pro Plus Earbuds are the first worldwide to earn Microsoft Teams Open Office Certification, meeting strict standards for audio in shared or noisy environments. They feature AI-powered microphones trained on more than 500 million noise samples, adaptive noise cancellation and a transparency mode for situational awareness.
For IT departments, the earbuds integrate with Dell Display and Peripheral Manager for configuration, firmware updates and fleet management. They are built for compatibility with Dell laptops, docks and software.
