Artificial intelligence pioneer Sol Rashidi will deliver a keynote address at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026, where she will urge the AV industry to look beyond the hype of AI and focus on practical leadership and implementation. Rashidi, recognized as the world’s first Chief AI Officer, will speak on Feb. 4, 2026, at 1 p.m. in Barcelona as part of ISE’s theme, “Push Beyond.”
Her session, “The AI Reality Check: What It Takes to Scale and the Future of Leadership,” will examine how organizations can distinguish between hype and real opportunity, establish effective AI governance, and integrate cybersecurity practices into scalable growth strategies.
Rashidi brings extensive leadership experience from previous roles at Sony Music, Merck, Estée Lauder, and Amazon, where she helped shape enterprise-level AI and data initiatives. She is also the author of the best-selling book “Your AI Survival Guide” and holds 10 patents related to AI and data systems.
