Jabra announced new Zoom certifications for two of its professional headsets, further supporting frontline and hybrid workers who depend on reliable, high-quality communication tools.
The Jabra Perform 75 is now the first audio device certified for Zoom Workplace for Frontline, a platform launched earlier this year to serve the 80% of the global workforce working in frontline roles. Designed for employees who spend their shifts on the move, the mono Bluetooth headset integrates directly with Zoom Workplace to enable hands-free communication, push-to-talk (PTT), and streamlined task management.
The platform brings together chat, calling, scheduling, and reporting features. Paired with the Perform 75, it allows workers to stay connected and focused while providing managers better visibility into shift operations and attendance.
Jabra’s collaboration with Zoom also aligns with the company’s AI strategy. Through Zoom AI Companion, a generative AI assistant, users gain access to real-time productivity tools. The new certification ensures clear, reliable audio input for AI-driven interactions, even in noisy environments.
In addition, Jabra’s Evolve2 75 has been certified as a Zoom Native Bluetooth Headset, enabling seamless connectivity without a dongle. The device offers consistent audio performance and flexibility for hybrid professionals who move between locations and devices.
“These certifications mark a special milestone for our collaboration with Zoom,” said Janne Jakobsen, senior vice president for enterprise headsets at Jabra. “Users can trust that our headsets deliver not only premium sound and comfort but also full compatibility with Zoom, the platform they rely on every day. Together, we are enabling an even better experience for mobile professionals worldwide.”
Eric Yu, head of hardware partnerships at Zoom, added that the certifications help deliver the best possible experience for mobile professionals. “By certifying Jabra’s headsets, we make it easier for mobile professionals using these Jabra products to enjoy seamless connectivity, and the confidence of full Zoom Workspace performance,” he said.
