KRK has announced a holiday promotion offering up to 20 percent off select studio monitors for North American customers, including models from the Kreate Series and the ROKIT Generation Five lineup. The sale runs through Dec. 31 and is available through authorized retailers and krkmusic.com.

The ROKIT 7 Generation Five model is designed for more advanced production needs. Features include three new voicing modes, 25 DSP boundary/tuning EQ presets, Kevlar aramid fiber cone woofers, an extended frequency response up to 40 kHz, and an updated LCD interface.
KRK notes that smaller rooms and desktop workflows may benefit from the compact Kreate 5, while the Kreate 8 offers a larger woofer and wider frequency range for mid-sized project setups. The ROKIT 7 is positioned for higher-end mixing environments that require expanded DSP tuning and professional transducers.
