Barco has expanded its ClickShare partner ecosystem by deepening collaborations with Sennheiser, Logitech and Huddly to support the development of certified room system bundles built around the ClickShare Hub.
The ClickShare Hub, introduced in June 2025, is Barco’s first room system device and is built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform. Barco says the platform provides a foundation for future certification and reflects the company’s strategy to extend the ClickShare experience across all meeting room types, from BYOD setups to integrated room systems.
As part of the program, Barco is working with long-time partners known for their expertise in audio and video integration. The goal, according to Barco, is to deliver modular, interoperable bundles designed for a range of meeting spaces.
Sennheiser contributes video bars equipped with Dante connectivity, allowing for audio-over-IP distribution and installation flexibility. Logitech adds its meeting room peripherals, including cameras and audio devices intended for scalable deployment. Huddly brings AI-driven audio-video technology and multi-camera expansion options aimed at supporting both small and large room configurations.
“These partnerships are a vital part of our certification journey,” said Jan van Houtte, Executive Vice President Meeting Experience at Barco. “We have built strong relationships with each of these partners over the years, and their expertise is essential as we expand the ClickShare portfolio into room systems. Together, we are creating a robust and interoperable ecosystem that enables customers to deploy certified, future-ready meeting room technology with confidence.”
Barco says the expanded ecosystem is intended to help organizations deploy integrated and future-ready meeting room technology while maintaining interoperability across partners.
