Jabra has expanded its meeting room portfolio with the launch of the Jabra Scheduler, a touchscreen scheduling panel designed to help organizations reduce booking conflicts, locate available spaces more quickly and create a more consistent experience across meeting rooms.
The panel displays real-time room availability and allows users to reserve a space either at the room or through their digital calendars. According to Jabra, the Scheduler is intended to simplify meeting management by making room status clearer and minimizing double bookings.
The Scheduler integrates with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, showing upcoming meetings and remaining room availability on its touchscreen display. LED indicators provide at-a-glance status to help prevent interruptions.
While the panel complements Jabra’s existing audio and video solutions, it can also be installed in rooms that do not currently use Jabra hardware. Jabra says this flexibility allows organizations to standardize booking workflows across mixed environments.
To support deployment at scale, the Scheduler connects via a category cable and includes multiple mounting options such as flat on the wall, angled wall mount, mullion and glass, with hardware included. Devices can be centrally managed through Jabra+, enabling organizations to provision, monitor and update schedulers across multiple locations. The panel is manufactured with more than 50% recycled materials.
“The Jabra Scheduler marks an important expansion of our video and collaboration portfolio, introducing a new product category that completes our meeting room offering,” said Holger Reisinger, SVP Enterprise Video Business Unit at Jabra. “With industry-leading video, professional audio and now intuitive room scheduling, Jabra delivers the full meeting experience from one trusted provider, making it simpler for organizations to deploy, manage and collaborate seamlessly across every space.”
The Jabra Scheduler will be available starting Nov. 17, 2025, for $799.
