Humly to Present New Visitor Management Suite at ISE 2026

Humly will debut its next generation of Visitor management software at ISE 2026, introducing a suite designed to improve how businesses welcome and manage guests. The updated software, now shipping, offers two options called Visitor Standard and Visitor Professional, each aimed at different facility sizes and service needs.

Attendees visiting the Humly stand at ISE (2W300) will be able to experience both versions through simulations. The company said the new solutions go beyond simple check-in and check-out features to support the full visitor journey, from walk-ins to pre-registered guests.

Humly said both options help streamline reception workload, improve host communication and create smoother arrival experiences. Visitor Standard updates the essential tools of the original software with basic check-in, host notifications and badge printing for small and medium offices. New features include custom flows, repeat visitor recognition and more administration options for front-desk and IT staff.

Visitor Professional is designed for larger facilities, including corporate campuses, industrial buildings and manufacturing environments. It adds pre-registration, enhanced security and more ways to invite and register guests, including an Outlook add-in. Users can customize check-in and check-out processes and extend location details with links to Google Maps and Apple Maps.

Humly Visitor has been a key component of our complete range of workplace software solutions for several years, with a core purpose to make the reception and welcoming of visitors smoother, safer, and more professional,” said Anders Karlsson, CEO, Humly. “We have refreshed the check-in and check-out process in its second generation while amplifying its value proposition across the visitor journey, including advanced pre-registration, automated host communication, and more depending on which tier the customer chooses. The entire concept is to flexibly scale the visitor management workflow in ways that fit each business’s ecosystem: start small, and grow into what you need.”
