AVI-SPL announced the launch of new tiered SaaS pricing plans for its Symphony remote monitoring and management platform at Integrated Systems Europe 2026.
The updated pricing structure is designed to align platform features and capabilities with customer needs at different stages of growth, from early-stage users to large enterprise organizations. According to the company, the new model allows customers to start with essential functionality and scale over time without unnecessary complexity or cost.
“As our customer base has grown, so have their needs,” said Tracy Moonier, GM and SVP, Symphony at AVI-SPL. “Our new tiered pricing plans make it easier for customers to choose the right level of functionality today while giving them confidence that our platform will scale with them tomorrow.”
The Symphony pricing structure introduces three tiers. The Standard tier provides core features for individuals or small teams seeking remote visibility into AV and unified communications technology and asset environments. The Premium tier is designed for growing organizations and adds functionality to improve efficiency through connectivity with IT service management deployments and manufacturer management platforms. The Professional tier includes advanced capabilities such as API access, AI-driven tools, workflow features and customizable analytics.
AVI-SPL said the tiered approach emphasizes transparency and predictability, helping customers better forecast costs while aligning investment with operational requirements.
