Jabra Launches Expandable PanaCast Room Solutions for Mid-Size and Large Meeting Spaces

Jabra has introduced a new portfolio of expandable room solutions designed to deliver complete audio and video coverage across mid-size and large meeting spaces.

Announced Feb. 3, the new Jabra PanaCast Room Kits are built to support scalable collaboration environments and are designed to help ensure participants can be clearly seen and heard regardless of where they are seated in the room. The portfolio includes the new PanaCast 55 VBS, the PanaCast SpeakerMic and multi-camera configurations that can be expanded as room requirements change.

The room kits are available in configurations with one, three or five cameras, allowing organizations to select an initial setup that fits their space while maintaining a consistent experience across rooms. According to Jabra, each kit is designed to operate as a unified system, enabling teams to expand camera or audio coverage over time without redesigning the room or replacing core components.

At the center of the system is the Android-based PanaCast 55 VBS, paired with the PanaCast SpeakerMic and Jabra’s multi-camera technology. Together, the components are designed to simplify deployment and management while supporting room-filling audio, panoramic video and intelligent framing.

Jabra said the expandable room kits are intended to reduce the complexity typically associated with multi-camera meeting room systems. The plug-and-play design is aimed at minimizing configuration requirements and ongoing maintenance while allowing organizations to deploy advanced multi-camera setups without specialized tuning.

The PanaCast 55 VBS adds expanded connectivity to support multi-camera configurations and extension audio. It delivers a 180-degree panoramic video view with intelligent framing and edge AI-powered features designed to capture the full room in a balanced way. The PanaCast SpeakerMic extends audio pickup deeper into the room and adds in-room controls to support clear and even voice capture across seating positions.

Expandable camera options are powered by Huddly Crew technology, now part of the Jabra portfolio. Using multiple camera viewpoints, the system tracks active speakers and adapts visual framing as conversations shift between individuals and group interaction.

The room kits are supported by the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform, providing a secure Android-based foundation for deployment across multiple rooms. Jabra said the design emphasizes ease of installation through accessible components, streamlined cabling and flexible mounting options.

“Meeting spaces today need technology that supports people in a natural and unobtrusive  way. With Jabra PanaCast Room Kits, we focused on creating room experiences that feel  balanced and inclusive from every seat. By combining intelligent video with high-quality  audio, we help organizations build spaces that support more natural interaction and  confident participation,” said Holger Reisinger, Senior Vice President, Jabra Video  Business Unit.

Jabra PanaCast Room Kits are expected to be available in the second quarter of 2026. Pricing and regional availability may vary based on configuration and room size.
