BenQ Launches InstaShow VS25 for App-Free Wireless Conferencing

BenQ has introduced the InstaShow VS25, a wireless conferencing system designed to simplify hybrid meetings by eliminating the need for software installations, network logins or cloud connections.

Built for corporate meeting rooms and executive spaces, the InstaShow VS25 delivers hardware-based wireless conferencing with ultra-low-latency performance. The system supports wireless Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) conferencing and offline local screen sharing, allowing both in-room and remote participants to collaborate without installing applications or drivers.

Unlike many wireless conferencing platforms that rely on CPU-intensive apps layered over video conferencing software, the VS25 uses direct video-port capture to reduce the processing load on the presenter’s device and minimize compatibility issues.

The system features Wi-Fi 6 MU-MIMO technology with automatic channel selection to support stable wireless performance during live meetings. A Wireless Media Bridge architecture allows room cameras and audio devices to be placed anywhere in the space without long USB cable runs or app-based routing.

BenQ said the VS25 uses secure point-to-point wireless communication and does not record presenters’ screens or require dedicated cloud connectivity. Hardware-based security includes router-level encryption, HDCP support and protections aligned with CVSS 4.0 standards.

“Hybrid meetings fail when technology slows people down or asks them to adapt on the fly. The InstaShow VS25 was made to do the opposite by letting meetings start immediately and working the same way for everyone, every time,” said Bob Wudeck, senior director of business development, BenQ. “By eliminating apps, downloads, cloud connections, and network logins, the VS25 delivers a faster, more reliable, and more secure wireless conferencing experience.”

The InstaShow VS25 is available through BenQ and authorized resellers for $1,899.
