Cisco has introduced a new portfolio of AI-powered collaboration solutions designed to simplify how organizations design, deploy and manage meeting spaces and connected work environments at scale.
The announcements include the Cisco Room Kit Pro G2, Cisco Desk Pro G2, Cisco Wireless Phone 9821 and updates to Workspace Designer and AI agent integrations. Together, the solutions are aimed at bridging the gap between in-room and remote participants while streamlining deployment and management for IT teams.
The Cisco Room Kit Pro G2 is designed for large meeting spaces and complex environments. Built with NVIDIA technology, the system features an AVoIP-first design, advanced AI capabilities and support for cinematic multi-camera configurations.
Cisco said integrated analytics and one-cable connectivity are intended to simplify deployment, while multi-platform support allows organizations to use the system across different meeting environments.
The Cisco Desk Pro G2 is built to support a range of work scenarios, from one-on-one meetings to small team huddles. The device includes dual 4K cameras and a 27-inch display.
The Desk Pro G2 provides single-cable connectivity and supports zero-touch deployment for simplified setup. Cisco also emphasized the use of sustainable materials as part of the product’s design.
Cisco also introduced the Wireless Phone 9821, designed for frontline workers in environments where mobility and reliability are critical.
The device includes native platform integration, ruggedized hardware and AI-driven safety tools. The Wireless Phone 9821 includes centralized management and ultra-low latency performance to support enterprise communications in fast-paced environments.
Cisco’s updated Workspace Designer introduces 3D visualization tools to help organizations plan and configure collaboration spaces. The tool includes instant compatibility checks for Samsung displays, giving designers and IT teams more confidence during planning and procurement.
New AI agent integrations allow IT teams to access real-time workspace insights using natural language within existing management tools. Cisco said the integrations are designed to simplify monitoring and optimization of collaboration environments.
Cisco said its unified approach brings devices, spaces and intelligence together into a connected collaboration foundation that can evolve alongside hybrid work strategies.
