Kramer introduced its new HU products at ISE 2026, expanding its AVSM portfolio with a unified switching and extending ecosystem that brings HDMI and USB-C together for hybrid meeting and learning environments.
The HU product line is designed to support BYOD workflows and modular room designs by combining HDMI, USB-C and USB connectivity into a single platform. Kramer said the lineup is built to provide switching, extending, charging and data transmission across a range of configurations.
In addition to the existing SWT3-31-HU and SWT3-31-HU-TR switchers, Kramer introduced the SWT3-21-HU-TR and MTX3-42-HU. The new models expand USB-C and HDMI support and provide additional configuration options for meeting rooms, classrooms and collaboration spaces.
The HU products support USB-C charging, 4K video, data transfer and power delivery. They are compatible with Kramer Series-3 extenders, allowing integrators to mix and match components based on room requirements.
“The introduction of the HU products marks an important step in the evolution of our AVSM offering,” said Dorit Bitter, EVP Product and Technology at Kramer. “By bringing HDMI, USB-C, and USB together into a unified, flexible switching and extending ecosystem, we are addressing the real-world needs of modern meeting and learning spaces. The HU products are designed to give integrators the freedom to design rooms their way, simplifying connectivity while delivering consistent, reliable performance for today’s hybrid environments.
Kramer is also highlighting its all-in-one presentation switchers at ISE 2026. Built on scaler-based architecture, the switchers support advanced USB-C with multi-stream transport (MST) collaboration in BYOD environments. The devices integrate video switching, USB routing, and integrated audio DSP and amplification into a single unit.
The company said the presentation switchers are designed to simplify installation and reduce rack space while supporting hybrid-ready management and control.
Kramer is showcasing its HU products and broader AVSM portfolio during ISE 2026.
