Airtame Showcases Airtame 3 and Virtual Airtame Platform at ISE 2026

Airtame is showcasing Airtame 3 publicly for the first time at ISE 2026, highlighting its platform designed to support wireless screen sharing, video conferencing, digital signage and device management across meeting rooms and classrooms.

Recently launched in December, Airtame 3 is the company’s latest hardware device and is positioned as the foundation of Airtame’s broader collaboration platform. The system supports wireless screen sharing, video conferencing integrations and digital signage while enabling centralized management for IT and AV teams.

Alongside the hardware device, Airtame is also demonstrating Virtual Airtame, a software-based solution that allows compatible Windows and Android displays, video bars and room PCs to function as Airtame-enabled collaboration screens.

Together with partner integrations from companies including Neat, SMART and Amazon, Airtame said the platform allows organizations to standardize collaboration technology across classrooms, meeting rooms and shared spaces.

Airtame is also introducing a new feature called Scan to Connect. The capability allows users to connect to a screen by scanning an on-screen pairing code using their mobile device’s camera instead of entering the code manually.

“We’ve always believed technology in shared spaces should feel invisible. It should just work,” said Jonas Gyalokay, Co-founder of Airtame. “ISE is the first time people can experience Airtame 3 in person, and it’s also where we’re showing the new and improved portfolio. Whether customers choose dedicated hardware, Virtual Airtame, or a mix of both, they get one simple platform that makes collaboration easy for users and manageable at scale.”

Airtame 3 supports 4K screen sharing, dual-screen configurations and integrations with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex. The device also supports Power over Ethernet (PoE+) and HDMI connectivity for wired installations.

For organizations deploying devices across multiple rooms, Airtame 3 supports zero-touch deployment, allowing IT teams to configure devices before installation. Devices can then be registered, monitored and updated remotely using Airtame Cloud.

Virtual Airtame extends the platform further by enabling the Airtame experience on compatible displays and room systems without additional hardware. According to the company, this allows organizations to use existing displays and collaboration hardware while maintaining a consistent experience across spaces.

“Customers want flexibility without complexity,” Gyalokay said. “At ISE we’re showing that organizations are no longer forced into a single hardware approach. They can standardize the experience across every room while choosing the right deployment model for each space. That flexibility is critical for schools and enterprises that want to scale, simplify management, and future-proof their collaboration environments without adding complexity for users.”

Airtame is demonstrating Airtame 3 and its collaboration platform at booth 2V600 during ISE 2026.
