Almo Pro AV is bringing its 2026 spring E4 Experience to the Washington, D.C., metro area on March 17, highlighting technologies and education focused on public sector and emerging technology markets.
The one-day event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Reston and will bring together integrators, end users and technology partners for product demonstrations, training sessions and networking opportunities.
“This stop marks the seventh time the E4 Experience has visited the DC Metro area,” said Greg O’Rourke, Director of Trade Shows and Events for Almo Pro AV. “For professionals whose work touches public safety, operations, or complex monitoring environments, this E4 Experience should absolutely be on their radar.”
According to Almo Pro AV, the event will feature more than 55 exhibitors showcasing the latest AV technologies. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with Almo’s public sector sales and business development teams to explore opportunities in government and mission-critical environments.
The DC Metro event will place a particular emphasis on public sector technologies. Almo Pro AV said it supports integrators working in government environments with a portfolio that includes displays, drones, audio systems, XR and VR technologies and software solutions, as well as NDAA- and TAA-compliant products designed for federal procurement requirements.
“Demand for situational awareness technologies continues to grow as agencies invest in infrastructure supporting law enforcement, emergency management, and other mission-critical operations,” she said. “This event provides a unique opportunity to visualize complete command-and-control environments and see how emerging technologies, from drones to advanced visualization, can support public safety and operational decision-making.”
The event will include a command-and-control demonstration space located outside the exhibit hall entrance, featuring technologies designed for security operations centers, emergency operations centers and network operations centers.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore emerging technologies including drone feeds, counter-UAS awareness systems and advanced visualization platforms. Participating partners in the emerging technology showcase include RTRobotics, SensorOps, ACSL, 3DSurvey and GeoCue.
The event will also include education sessions eligible for CTS credits. Tim Albright, founder of AVNation, will deliver a keynote focused on how evolving security frameworks, regulatory requirements and infrastructure expectations are influencing the AV industry and the role of integrators.
In addition, Eric Jameson, business development manager for drone solutions at Almo Pro AV, will lead a session focused on integrating emerging technologies such as drones and XR into command-and-control environments.
The DC Metro event will also host a Lunch & Learn panel in recognition of International Women’s Day, bringing together women in the AV industry to discuss mentorship, leadership and career development.
The E4 Experience DC Metro will take place March 17 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes breakfast, lunch and parking for attendees.
