InfoComm 2026 will focus on how artificial intelligence is shaping the AV industry, with AI featured across keynote presentations, education sessions and show floor experiences.
The event is scheduled for June 13–19, with exhibits running June 17–19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Organizers said the show will highlight how AI is being applied across AV systems, from collaboration platforms to integrated environments used in workplaces, education and enterprise settings.
“AI is fundamentally reshaping how AV systems are designed, deployed, and experienced,” said Jenn Heinold, Senior Vice President of Expositions, Americas, at AVIXA.
AI will be a central theme in the keynote program, with companies including Microsoft, Cisco and Shure outlining how intelligent systems are influencing communication, collaboration and workplace technology.
The education program will feature sessions including:
- Pushing the Boundaries: Current Design Methods and Technologies in Practice
- AI-Powered Dynamic Content Strategies for Digital Signage
- Ethical & Effective AI in Public Displays
The education program will also feature sessions focused on AI applications, including content creation for digital signage, system design and ethical considerations for public-facing technologies.
AVIXA will introduce a new AI Accelerator program, offering a full day of sessions focused on practical applications and implementation strategies for integrators and technology managers.
On the show floor, attendees will see AI-enabled technologies across conferencing, collaboration, broadcast and enterprise AV systems. Organizers said exhibits will include tools such as AI-powered meeting assistants, intelligent cameras and automated systems designed to support more adaptive and responsive user experiences.
InfoComm said the event will focus not only on emerging technologies but also on how organizations are deploying AI in real-world environments.
