Barco and Logitech have introduced a new wireless room system bundle designed for small meeting spaces, now certified for Microsoft Teams.
The companies announced that the ClickShare Hub Core paired with Logitech MeetUp 2 has achieved Microsoft Teams certification, delivering wireless conferencing and presentation with AI-enabled audio and video.
The system allows users to start meetings using the ClickShare Control Panel. The ClickShare Button enables content sharing in 4K from laptops without requiring drivers or additional software. The solution also includes intelligent video framing and audio designed to support clear communication in meetings.
For IT teams, the bundle is built for security, reliability and centralized management. ClickShare Hub Core runs on Microsoft’s Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP) and includes a security-by-design approach with management tools and layered protection. As part of a Microsoft Teams Rooms setup, it is designed to provide a standardized meeting experience.
The launch expands ongoing collaboration between Barco and Logitech, with both companies focusing on meeting room technology and sustainability efforts across product design, energy use and lifecycle management.

Albert Kooiman, the General Manager of Teams Partner Engineering and Customer Enablement at Microsoft, said the collaboration highlights the role of hardware partners in supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments.
Barco said it now offers four ClickShare bundles certified for Microsoft Teams, giving organizations options based on room size and system requirements.
