Epson’s First dvLED Displays Debut Ahead of InfoComm 2026

Epson has introduced the LE-C1 Series, its first all-in-one direct-view LED display line for the U.S. and Latin America.

The LE-C1 Series includes three models: the LE-C1135 135-inch Full HD display, the LE-C1162 162-inch Full HD display and the LE-C14K135 135-inch 4K display. Epson said the displays are designed for bright indoor spaces and offer 600 nits of brightness.

“Expanding our commercial display portfolio with dvLED allows us to support visual display needs for virtually any indoor application. Customers have already expressed excitement about our entry into this category, underscoring their confidence in our deep industry expertise and a trusted service experience,” said Ramzi Shakra, Senior Product Manager, Epson America.

The displays use chip-on-board technology, which Epson said provides image clarity, surface protection and lower energy use compared with conventional SMD dvLED displays.

The LE-C1 Series is operating system free, which Epson said helps reduce vulnerabilities and maintenance requirements. The displays also feature an edge-to-edge design with concealed controls and AV ports behind the display.

Epson said installation is designed to be streamlined through factory-calibrated LED modules and a preconfigured controller. The control box behind the display can slide out for service access.

Additional features include HDMI connectivity, optical S/PDIF, 3.5 mm audio, LAN control, HDR support and a common cathode design intended to reduce power consumption and heat.

The LE-C14K135, LE-C1162 and LE-C1135 are expected to be available in the U.S. in summer 2026, followed by availability in Latin America beginning in fall 2026.
