Visionary Solutions will introduce the nexAV We-Cosystem at InfoComm 2026, expanding its AV-over-IP portfolio with a software-based platform that combines audio, video and control technologies.
The nexAV We-Cosystem is designed for converged AV and IT environments and brings together AV-over-IP routing and switching, audio DSP processing, control, device discovery, workflow orchestration and user interface development within a single platform.
According to Visionary, the platform is intended for applications ranging from hospitality and conferencing environments to enterprise-wide AV deployments.
“At some point, parts of the AV industry began confusing complexity with capability,” said Scott Freshman, Chief Operating Officer for Visionary. “Our philosophy has always been that technology should reduce friction and make systems easier to deploy, manage, and operate. That mindset helped define our AV-over-IP endpoints, and it is foundational to the nexAV We-Cosystem.”
At the center of the platform is Visionary’s Flex Architecture DSP framework and Audio Engine, which use template-based DSP workflows to simplify deployment while allowing customization for different applications. The platform includes native support for Dante and AES67 networked audio technologies.
Visionary said the control environment is built on Node-RED, an open-source, flow-based development framework used for automation and systems integration. The company said this approach enables integration with AV systems, building technologies, cloud platforms and enterprise workflows.
The development of the DSP platform stems from technology created by industry veteran Dane Butcher, which Visionary acquired and further developed as part of the nexAV platform.
