22Miles has introduced DX Pro, a new platform designed to bring digital signage, wayfinding, device management and content workflows together in a single browser-based interface.
The company said DX Pro is built to help organizations manage a wide range of visual communications applications, including digital signage, wayfinding, videowalls, mobile experiences and interactive displays, through one platform. The software supports both cloud and on-premises deployments.
According to 22Miles, DX Pro is intended to address the challenges organizations face when managing multiple visual communication systems across locations, departments and vendors.
“Too often, digital signage and other visual experiences are treated as disconnected projects, with different tools, vendors, and support contracts for every screen type and location,” said Tomer Mann, chief revenue officer at 22Miles. “Enterprise IT teams end up with a fragmented stack they can’t govern or scale.”
The platform includes tools for content creation, device management, fleet monitoring and governance. Organizations can manage screen networks, monitor device health, oversee user permissions and administer licenses through a centralized interface.
22Miles said DX Pro also includes workflow tools aimed at simplifying content management across large deployments. Features include screen grouping, map editing, mass scheduling capabilities and an emergency content override function that can be integrated with emergency notification systems.
The platform supports integrations with workplace and collaboration platforms including Microsoft Places, Microsoft Teams, Outlook Space Finder, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Zoom Enterprise.
In addition, 22Miles is incorporating AI-powered capabilities into the platform. The new AI Template Designer allows users to generate signage content from text prompts, while AI Map File Creation converts standard floor plans into editable wayfinding maps.
DX Pro is available immediately, according to the company.
