Biamp Expands Meeting Room, Audio and Control Portfolio at InfoComm 2026

Biamp introduced several new collaboration, control and audio solutions at InfoComm 2026, including a new unified communications compute platform, an AV control platform, enhancements to its loudspeaker design software and new certification for one of its conferencing microphones.

Among the announcements was Devio UCX, a new line of Android-based compute platforms for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. Designed for meeting spaces ranging from huddle rooms to large conference rooms, Devio UCX combines UC compute and digital signal processing (DSP) into a single platform while serving as the hub for Biamp microphones, cameras, conferencing bars and loudspeakers.

“Devio UCX represents a fundamental shift in how organizations can deploy and manage UC conferencing technology,” said Joe Andrulis, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Biamp. “By integrating professional DSP directly into the platform, Devio UCX eliminates the need for additional components and creates a true single-manufacturer solution that scales seamlessly across every room type. Whether you’re outfitting one room or an entire enterprise, Devio UCX delivers a streamlined, consistent experience that simply works.”

The system can be remotely monitored and managed through Biamp Workplace, and Biamp said its Launch software automatically discovers connected devices and optimizes room acoustics during setup. The company is also offering preconfigured hardware bundles designed to simplify deployment for IT teams.

Biamp also introduced Workplace Control, an AV control platform that runs on TesiraFORTÉ X Series DSP hardware. According to Biamp, the platform supports Biamp devices, allows integration with third-party devices and includes a new Workplace Control Designer application for user interface design, programming and deployment.

For performance venues, Biamp unveiled a redesigned VenuePolar Plugin for EASE Focus 3 along with an updated Community LVH-900 loudspeaker lineup. The new software is designed to simplify the process of designing custom beam-steered audio coverage, while the updated loudspeakers bring steerable line array performance to medium-sized venues such as houses of worship, performing arts centers, auditoriums and educational facilities. Software-based configuration also allows venues to adjust coverage as room layouts or seating arrangements change.

Finally, Biamp announced that its BMA 360D ceiling microphone array has earned certification for both Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms. Designed for hybrid meeting environments, the beamforming microphone integrates with Biamp’s Tesira DSP platform and supports features such as advanced echo cancellation and AI-powered noise reduction to improve audio quality in conference spaces.
