BenQ Launches InstaShow WDC25 for Secure Wireless BYOD Collaboration

BenQ has introduced the InstaShow WDC25, a wireless presentation system designed for secure screen sharing and collaboration in conference rooms, training spaces and other meeting environments. The enterprise-focused solution supports bring-your-own-device (BYOD) workflows while combining app-free wireless presentation, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and centralized cloud management.

The InstaShow WDC25 allows employees and guests to share content from Windows, Mac, Linux and ChromeOS laptops by connecting an InstaShow Button, eliminating the need for software installation, drivers or network configuration. The system also supports wireless screen sharing through AirPlay and Miracast, enabling presentations from Apple, Android and Windows devices. Up to four users can present simultaneously in split-screen mode, while as many as 64 devices can connect at one time.

For IT teams, the WDC25 includes WPA3 Enterprise encryption, CVSS 4.0-certified security protections and cloud-based device management for remote monitoring and firmware updates. According to BenQ, the system operates independently from the corporate network, allowing guests to share content without accessing internal systems or consuming network bandwidth.

The InstaShow WDC25 also supports 4K UHD presentation at 60 frames per second, Wi-Fi 6 for wireless performance in crowded environments, HDMI and USB-C connectivity and TouchBack functionality, allowing users to control presentations directly from compatible interactive displays. The system is available now through authorized BenQ resellers.
