Uniguest has renamed three of its technology platforms as the company brings more of its portfolio under a single Hub brand. Effective immediately, Tripleplay is now Hub AV, eStream is now Hub Media and pCare is now Hub IPS.
The platforms themselves are not changing as part of the rebrand. Uniguest said customers will continue using the same technology with the same teams, product roadmaps and support. Hub AV provides IPTV, digital signage and video distribution for professional environments, while Hub Media focuses on media management, enterprise video and content delivery. Hub IPS provides interactive patient experiences for healthcare organizations.
The three renamed platforms join Uniguest’s existing Hub Digital Engagement Platform. The move follows the company’s relaunch of Otrum as Hub at ISE 2025 and is intended to make it easier for customers and partners to understand how Uniguest’s technologies fit together across hospitality, sports and entertainment, enterprise, education and healthcare.
“Moving to Hub AV, Hub Media and Hub IPS makes it much easier to understand how our platforms fit within the wider Uniguest portfolio,” said James Keen, Executive Vice President of Marketing at Uniguest. “The technology, people and commitment our customers know remain exactly the same, but we now have a unified family of platforms that better represents who Uniguest is today and where we are heading.”
