BenQ introduced the Board CP05, a new corporate collaboration display that combines video conferencing, wireless content sharing, whiteboarding, room scheduling and device management in one system.
Users can sign in to the CP05 using NFC, a QR code or single sign-on credentials to access cloud files and applications, launch meetings and share content. Integration with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace also allows users to check room availability, schedule meetings and access shared resources from the display.
The CP05 includes BenQ’s SummarAI feature, which can generate meeting transcripts, summaries and meeting minutes. Its camera and audio capabilities include Gallery View, voice tracking, intelligent framing and gesture controls. BenQ says AI processing takes place directly on the display.
For teams working with detailed visual content, the 4K display is Pantone Validated and Pantone SkinTone Validated with 95% DCI-P3 coverage. It also includes specialized modes for different applications, including DICOM Mode for medical imaging and radiograph review, High Detail Mode for architectural drawings and technical documents, M-Book Mode for use with MacBook devices and ePaper Mode for reading, coding and document review.
