BenQ Introduces New Interactive Display Designed to Simplify Classroom and Workplace Collaboration

BenQ has introduced the RP05 interactive display, an AI-ready collaboration solution designed for classrooms and workplace environments.

The RP05 builds on the company’s previous BenQ Board models with updated processing performance, integrated AI capabilities and an expanded software ecosystem aimed at supporting teaching, collaboration and content creation.

The display runs on Android 15 and includes built-in AI tools designed to assist with whiteboarding, content creation, transcription and search. These features are intended to support real-time collaboration and streamline workflows without requiring additional external devices.

BenQ said the RP05 also includes a built-in collaboration platform that integrates tools such as EZWrite for whiteboarding, InstaShare for wireless screen sharing and device and account management systems for IT teams.

As a Google EDLA-certified device, the RP05 provides access to Google Workspace and the Google Play Store, allowing users to integrate commonly used apps and cloud services into their workflows.

“The RP05 represents the next evolution of the BenQ Board,” said Carly Burton-Sallay, BenQ North America. “It’s more powerful than ever, with the fastest AI-ready chipset in the market to-date and a complete software ecosystem designed to support educators and teams at every step. Our goal is simple: to deliver smart, secure technology that enhances collaboration without forcing users to change the way they teach or work.”

The RP05 is available in an 86-inch model, with additional 65-inch and 75-inch sizes expected in April. BenQ said it will also introduce the RM05 series later in spring 2026 to expand its interactive display lineup.
