Renowned digital analyst and author Brian Solis will kick off ISE 2025 in Barcelona on Tuesday, Feb. 4, with the Opening Keynote. Currently head of global innovation at ServiceNow, Solis was recently named a “Top AI Leader” for 2024 by Rethink Retail, underscoring his influence in AI integration. He is an accomplished author of eight best-selling books and over 60 research papers on trends in corporate innovation, business transformation, and consumer behavior. Solis’ work has shaped how companies use digital solutions to navigate disruptive changes and achieve meaningful transformation.
