Clear-Com Expands HelixNet Line With New 4-Channel Beltpack

Clear-Com announced a 4-channel version of its HelixNet beltpack, expanding its wired intercom options for production, broadcast, and other live environments. The new model builds on the company’s widely used 2-channel version and is designed to give teams more flexibility when managing multi-role communication needs.

The beltpack lets users talk across four separate channels at once, giving production crews added coordination capabilities for complex shows and events. Clear-Com said the device works with the latest Arcadia Central Station update but also supports two-channel operation on legacy HMS stations and earlier Arcadia versions, helping current users integrate it without workflow changes.

The HelixNet lineup offers networked partyline intercom solutions that carry over the feel of Clear-Com’s analog systems. User stations, beltpacks, remote stations, and central stations use the company’s I.V.Core technology to manage audio mixing across up to 24 channels without crosstalk.

“Building on the legacy of the 2-channel HelixNet beltpack, this new 4-channel version empowers production teams with greater control, communication efficiency, and versatility,” said Frank Linton, Product Manager at Clear-Com. “It’s a sustaining project that not only improves our existing portfolio but also introduces a product that meets the real-world demands of our customers.”

Clear-Com expects the new beltpack to ship in 2026. More details are available on the company’s website or through Clear-Com representatives.
