LG Unveils CreateBoard Core for Schools with Custom CMS Integration

LG Electronics USA has introduced the “LG CreateBoard Core,” a new collaboration board designed for schools that prefer to use their own content management and operating systems. Tailored for school districts with specific IT, security, or student safety requirements, the LG CreateBoard Core offers a full interactive display experience without a preloaded operating system, allowing seamless integration with existing infrastructure, including LG’s Chromebox.

Available in 86-, 75-, and 65-inch models, the CreateBoard Core features an Ultra HD IPS display, 40-point multi-touch support, and two 16-watt built-in speakers. With a PC connection, users can access LG CreateBoard Share for wireless collaboration, and with an internet connection, education customers receive complimentary access to LG ConnectedCare for remote device monitoring and management.

LG’s Sanville noted that the CreateBoard Core maintains the reliability and flexibility that have made the LG CreateBoard a top choice in education. Educators can expect strong connectivity, compatibility with ChromeOS and Windows, and optional features like OPS slot integration.

The full LG CreateBoard line still includes the Google-certified EDLA Android option, complete with LG’s suite of software, including LG CreateBoard Prep, LG CreateBoard Share, and LG ConnectedCare for remote device management.
