Sennheiser has announced the launch of DeviceHub, a secure, cloud-based platform that provides centralized visibility and control of Sennheiser devices from anywhere.
Announced in Barcelona on Feb. 3, DeviceHub is now publicly available in beta following internal testing and a private beta phase. At launch, the platform supports TeamConnect Bar Solutions, with compatibility for additional Sennheiser devices planned throughout 2026.
DeviceHub provides browser-based access to networked Sennheiser devices, enabling remote monitoring, diagnostics and real-time alerts. The company said the platform is designed to help IT and AV teams monitor system health and address issues before they disrupt meetings or classes.
“DeviceHub represents a major step forward in how customers manage their Sennheiser devices,” said Iain Horrocks, Product Marketing Manager, Software & Security, Sennheiser. “By bringing secure, cloud-based control to the entire ecosystem, we’re giving IT and AV teams the tools they need to work more efficiently, collaborate more effectively, and support better learning and meeting experiences…and this is just the beginning.”
The platform organizes devices by room, building, campus or region, allowing teams to navigate environments that mirror their physical deployments. Sennheiser said this structure is intended to simplify management from small installations to global estates.
DeviceHub includes role-based access controls, allowing technicians, administrators and integrators to view and manage only the devices and locations relevant to their responsibilities. The system supports modern authentication methods and is built on Microsoft Azure. According to Sennheiser, the platform follows industry security standards across authentication, authorization, encryption and data handling.
A Local Web UI is also available for single-device setup via a browser, reducing software dependencies during installation.
Early users have reported improved onboarding and flexibility compared to previous management tools. Guillaume Amaurin, AV Specialist at Sainte-Justine Hospital in Quebec, said, “DeviceHub has significantly simplified the management of our infrastructure. A single configuration is enough to onboard a new device, making the onboarding process fast and frictionless. The portal is easy to access and is used daily by the entire team to configure the bars and monitor their usage, wherever we are.”
Sennheiser said DeviceHub will continue to evolve with expanded device compatibility and additional monitoring and configuration capabilities throughout 2026.
