Sound Control Technologies introduced the RCU3SL, a USB 3.2 extension solution designed for unified communications and collaboration spaces. The system supports 4K30 video and is built to integrate with USB 3-enabled video bars and PTZ cameras commonly used in meeting and conferencing environments.
Powered by SCT’s SCTLink technology, the RCU3SL delivers high-speed USB 3.2, DC power up to 36 watts, video, audio, and RS232 control over a single Cat 6A cable up to 100 meters in length. The design minimizes cabling complexity and is suited for both new installations and upgrades.
The RCU3SL is compatible with a range of popular UC hardware, including video bars from Poly, Logitech, Biamp and Sennheiser. By using a single cable for power, data and control, the solution helps simplify system integration without sacrificing performance.
