ViewSonic Launches LDE Series to Expand Access to All-in-One dvLED Displays

ViewSonic Corp. has expanded its direct view LED display portfolio with the launch of the LDE Series, a line of pre-configured, all-in-one dvLED displays designed to reduce system complexity and speed deployment for AV professionals and system integrators.

The LDE Series integrates power, control and image stitching directly into the display cabinet, eliminating the need for external control boxes. ViewSonic said the fully integrated design simplifies wall mounting and cabling while offering a lighter, space-efficient solution for a broader range of LED applications.

“In a fast-growing LED market often characterized by tightly integrated ecosystems, labor-intensive
setup, and high entry barriers, ViewSonic continues to broaden its All-in-One dvLED portfolio to
make large-format displays easier to deploy and operate,” said Dean Tsai, General Manager of Pro
AV Solutions Business Unit at ViewSonic. “The new LDE Series enables more system integrators and
resellers – even those without extensive LED installation experience – to confidently offer solutions,
expand their portfolios, and address a broader range of projects. This helps organizations
modernize their visual environments, whether refreshing existing spaces or transitioning from LCD
video wall to immersive, high-quality dvLED.”

The LDE Series features an ultra-slim 52 mm profile and is up to 28% lighter than comparable models, reducing wall load and eliminating the need for additional wall reinforcement. ViewSonic said the lighter design is particularly well-suited for installations in prestigious or historical properties where structural limitations may exist.

The displays also incorporate a true power-off design to reduce standby energy consumption compared to conventional LED models. A simplified cabling layout shortens setup time and helps reduce connection errors, while an integrated mainboard design supports easier installation and maintenance.

The LDE Series is available in 136-inch and 163-inch screen sizes with 1080p resolution, 600 nits of brightness, pixel pitches ranging from 1.5 to 1.88 mm, and a 99% screen-to-body ratio. ViewSonic said the displays are intended for mid-sized boardrooms, school common areas and retail signage applications.

For durability in public-facing environments, the displays feature Glue-on-Board surface treatment with IP54 and IK06 ratings to help protect against impact, dust and moisture. The series also supports streamlined operation and Q-SYS-ready integration to simplify monitoring and control for AV and IT teams.
