Visix Inc. has introduced the EPS 37 ePaper desk sign and expanded its professional design services to support four-color graphics and branded visuals across its ePaper workplace display lineup.
The new EPS 37 replaces the EPS 27 and features a larger display measuring 3.9 inches by 2.3 inches by 0.6 inches. Visix said the increased size improves visibility and allows for more detailed booking information and design elements. The EPS 37 joins the company’s existing four-color ePaper products, including the EPS 42 desk sign and EPS 74 room sign, all of which now support custom graphic designs.
Visix said it is the only provider offering custom graphic design services for ePaper workplace signs that incorporate full-color imagery, photos and branded backgrounds. The company’s ePaper displays are battery powered, operate wirelessly and are designed for long-term use, with a battery life of more than five years and an expected service life of up to 10 years.

The expanded design services use E Ink technology to create custom templates that combine reservation data with visual design elements. The four-color ePaper signs support red, yellow, black and white graphics, while the EPS 125 supports red, black and grayscale imagery. Visix said the designs allow organizations to incorporate photos, logos, QR codes and branded backgrounds while maintaining the sustainability and operational benefits of ePaper displays.
Custom templates can be tailored for specific use cases and include branded background graphics, company and department logos, custom color schemes, QR codes for booking or check-in, and integrated reservation data and schedules.
