NetSpeek Debuts Lena AI Orchestration Platform at ISE 2026

NetSpeek announced that Lena, its AI orchestration platform for Pro AV and unified communications environments, will make its first public appearance as a fully available product at ISE 2026. The company will demonstrate Lena at booth 2T200.

Lena was introduced at ISE 2025 as a concept in the Innovation Park. Over the past year, NetSpeek has developed the platform into a production-ready system now in use by enterprises, managed service providers and workplace technology teams.

The platform is designed to help IT and AV teams manage multi-vendor collaboration environments that include conferencing systems, control platforms, displays, audio systems and digital signage technologies. Lena serves as a unified orchestration layer that connects to hardware and software platforms across AV and UC ecosystems.

According to NetSpeek, Lena uses AI-driven automation and contextual intelligence to monitor system health, identify issues and execute remediation workflows. The platform supports both fully autonomous and human-assisted processes. It also includes a fleet of specialized AI agents designed to work with specific manufacturers and device categories to provide contextual awareness across room systems.

The current ecosystem includes integrations with manufacturers and platforms such as Barco, BrightSign, HP Poly, Logitech, Neat, Samsung, Sennheiser and Zoom. NetSpeek also announced LG and Shure as new Fleet Partners, expanding Lena’s integrations to include their technologies.

NetSpeek said Lena is built with enterprise privacy and security in mind. The platform is designed to operate within an organization’s environment, with policy-based guardrails, role-based access controls and audit logs to track changes and actions.

Lena is intended for enterprise IT and AV teams, MSPs managing multi-tenant environments and workplace technology leaders.

“Lena has grown from an exciting idea into a first of its kind orchestration platform that gives organizations real-time control and intelligence across their collaboration environments, while dramatically reducing operational overhead,” said Erik DeGiorgi, CEO of NetSpeek. “ISE 2026 marks the perfect opportunity to show our industry what’s now possible.”

NetSpeek will demonstrate autonomous remediation, AI-guided troubleshooting and multi-vendor orchestration workflows during ISE 2026.
