The Cisco Desk Pro G2 is built for personal and small-group workspaces. The device includes dual 4K cameras and a 27-inch display. Cisco said the system supports single-cable connectivity and zero-touch deployment to simplify installation and management in enterprise environments.

For frontline communication, Cisco introduced the Wireless Phone 9821. The rugged device is designed for enterprise-grade mobility, with native platform integration and AI-driven safety features. Cisco said centralized management and low-latency performance are intended to support secure communication in fast-paced operational environments.

Cisco also introduced Workspace Designer, a planning tool that provides 3D visualizations and Samsung display compatibility for workspace configuration. AI Agent integrations are designed to provide IT teams with real-time insights using natural language within existing management tools.

Cisco said the combined portfolio is intended to bring devices, collaboration spaces and AI-driven intelligence together into a unified approach for enterprise environments.
