SiliconCore has introduced a new 135-inch Mobile AIO 4K LED display designed to deliver native 4K resolution in a foldable MicroLED all-in-one format.
The company said the Mobile AIO 4K features a 0.78mm pixel pitch and is designed for environments requiring high-resolution displays with flexible deployment. The system folds for transport through standard doorways and elevators and can be set up without installation, allowing it to be operational in less than five minutes.
The display delivers up to 1,000 nits of brightness, 22-bit processing for smoother gradients and two-frame latency intended for real-time visual performance. SiliconCore said the system is designed for applications such as simulation environments, broadcast production, collaboration spaces, command-and-control rooms and executive briefing centers.
The Mobile AIO 4K operates using a single power cord on a standard 20-amp circuit and averages approximately 600 watts of power consumption at 600-nit brightness. According to the company, the system can consume up to 40% less power than comparable LED displays.
At the core of the display is SiliconCoreās MicroLED-in-Package architecture using flip-chip technology. The system also includes a 120Hz refresh rate intended to support multi-camera production and extended-reality workflows.
The display uses SiliconCoreās Common Cathode IQ technology to regulate voltage to each color channel, which the company said helps reduce thermal load and power consumption while maintaining image performance over time. SiliconCore said the system has an expected lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours.
Jim Wickenhiser, Chief Operating Officer at SiliconCore, said: āThe Iris 0.78mm takes everything SiliconCore is known for, stunning image fidelity, efficiency and innovation, and delivers it in a mobile, foldableĀ solution. By transforming MicroLED from a static installation to a mobile, precision-grade platform, we’re enabling high-resolution displays to meet users where they are, without sacrificing performance.ā
