CableEZ Double Gang Cable Management System Earns HETMA Approved Designation

CableEZ announced that its Double Gang Cable Management System has earned the HETMA Approved designation from the Higher Education Technology Managers Alliance. The designation follows testing by higher education technology professionals in active campus environments, evaluating the product’s reliability, ease of use and long-term performance.

The CableEZ Double Gang Cable Management System is designed to route multiple cables through finished walls while protecting connectors and maintaining access for future maintenance. The system fits standard double-gang electrical openings and accommodates HDMI, USB, network, power and other low-voltage cabling.

For higher education AV and IT teams, the system addresses cable management needs in classrooms, lecture halls and other campus spaces where technology may require ongoing maintenance or upgrades. According to CableEZ, its design is intended to reduce installation time, maintain cable organization and improve accessibility for future service.

“Our goal has always been simple: eliminate unnecessary frustration during installation while creating cable management and security solutions that continue performing long after the project is complete,” said Jeremy Meyer, co-owner of CableEZ.

The HETMA Approved program evaluates products in operating higher education environments rather than relying solely on manufacturer specifications. Products are assessed by AV and IT professionals to determine how well they meet the practical needs of colleges and universities.

With the designation, CableEZ joins the products recognized through HETMA’s testing program, providing campus technology teams with an additional evaluation when considering cable management solutions for their facilities.
