Dalet announced it will showcase new developments in agentic AI, workflow automation and governance at IBC2026, with demonstrations focused on how media organizations can modernize production and content supply chains while maintaining enterprise control.
The company will exhibit in Hall 7, Stand 7.A43, highlighting its Dalet Flex media asset management platform and Dalet Pyramid news production platform. Both will feature Dalia, Dalet’s media-aware agentic AI technology, which is designed to provide intelligent assistance within day-to-day media workflows.
For media organizations, the focus is on using AI and automation to reduce manual work, accelerate content production and distribution and improve the ability to manage growing content volumes without sacrificing security or governance.
Dalet will highlight new capabilities in Dalia aimed at expanding AI-driven automation while giving organizations greater control over which systems, workflows and content sources the technology can access.
New workflow discovery capabilities allow teams to define where Dalia can operate, while expanded workflow intelligence and content understanding are designed to help users move from information to action more quickly.
Dalia is integrated into Dalet Flex, allowing organizations to apply AI-powered automation while retaining existing security, permissions and governance controls. Dalet also recently added OpenID Connect authentication to Dalet Flex to strengthen identity management.
For AV and media technology teams, the combination points to a growing emphasis on deploying AI within controlled enterprise environments rather than treating AI as a standalone tool.
Dalet Pyramid will be featured with new capabilities aimed at helping journalists and newsroom teams collaborate across planning, production and distribution from anywhere.
The platform adds tools for mobile story access and contribution, editorial contact management, real-time notifications and workflow guidance. Dalia-powered agents can automate routine tasks and assist with content discovery.
The company said the goal is to allow newsroom teams to respond more quickly while spending less time on repetitive operational work and more time on editorial production.
Dalet Flex continues to serve as the company’s foundation for enterprise content operations, with new features targeting security, usability, content understanding and workflow efficiency.
The platform’s creative and distribution updates include enhancements to Dalet Cut, including automated background blur, subject tracking and expanded image controls for preparing content for digital and social platforms.
Workflow wizards have also been updated to simplify content packaging, while caption burn-in within Dalet Flex Stream Processing can incorporate accessibility and compliance requirements into automated delivery workflows.
Dalet will also demonstrate technologies aimed at sports broadcasters, rights holders and other organizations producing live and near-live content.
A new browser-based Ingest Portal is designed to centralize ingest operations from remote locations. Enhanced production workflows are intended to speed up highlight creation, content discovery and publishing across multiple platforms.
AI-based metadata tagging and workflow automation will also be demonstrated as tools for improving the accessibility and discoverability of sports archives and creating opportunities to monetize existing content.
Dalet is also participating in the IBC 2026 Accelerator Media Innovation Programme alongside Middle East Broadcasting Company, Tata Consultancy Services and other industry partners.
The project, titled “AI for Live Sports and Beyond: Rewiring Live Media via Agentic AI Orchestration and ‘meCast,’” examines how agentic AI can coordinate live production workflows, including real-time content adaptation, personalization and monetization.
Dalet will demonstrate how Dalia, Dalet Flex and Dalet InStream can coordinate workflows from ingest through AI-powered analysis, compliance review and publishing while maintaining editorial oversight and governance.
The demonstration will be located in Hall 14, Stand 14.D25, in the Future Tech Zone.
Dalet will also host its inaugural Dalet Next customer event in Amsterdam on Sept. 10. The invitation-only event will bring together customers and industry stakeholders to discuss emerging media industry challenges and the future direction of Dalet’s product portfolio.
“Every media organization is at a different stage of transformation,” said Aaron Kroeger, director of product marketing at Dalet. “Some are modernizing manual workflows, others are scaling content operations, and many are ready to put AI to work. What they share is the need to move faster without adding complexity and see value sooner Dalet gives organizations a simpler path to transforming operations, accelerating time to value with the speed and flexibility to address what they need today and an enterprise-grade foundation to evolve, scale, and reimagine how they work over time.”
