Registration is now open for InfoComm 2026, which will take place June 13–19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with exhibits running June 17–19.
Produced by AVIXA, InfoComm 2026 will bring together more than 750 exhibiting companies across conferencing and collaboration, digital signage, broadcast AV, enterprise IT, learning spaces and live event technologies. Organizers say this year’s event will feature a reimagined show floor designed to help attendees explore how pro AV technologies are being applied across work and entertainment environments.
“This year, InfoComm celebrates the power of AV to change the world at work and at play,” said David Labuskes, CTS, CAE, RCDD, Chief Executive Officer of AVIXA, producer of InfoComm. “As pro AV becomes a more essential part of customer‑driven IT, broadcasting, and AI solutions, InfoComm 2026 provides a vital forum to explore those technologies, gain actionable insights, and meet new colleagues who share a passion for shaping the future of our industry.”
For the first time, the show floor will be organized around two themes: Work and Play.
Central Hall will focus on workplace and enterprise technologies, including conferencing and collaboration, command and control, digital signage, learning spaces and enterprise IT. New and expanded activation hubs will include:
- Smart Workplace, powered by FORTÉ and developed with technology partner Shure, highlighting hybrid work and meeting equity solutions
- Retail Experience, developed with Samsung Electronics America, showcasing connected physical and digital retail environments
North Hall will feature Play-focused technologies such as audio, broadcast AV, lighting, staging and live event solutions. It will also include:
- The Pitch, powered by Diversified, featuring live production and immersive fan engagement technologies
- The returning AVIXA TV Studio, demonstrating a working broadcast studio environment for enterprise and entertainment applications
“InfoComm 2026 is designed to immerse attendees in AV in action – from the technologies powering smarter workplaces and classrooms to the creative solutions driving live events and broadcast,” said Jenn Heinold, Senior Vice President, Expositions, Americas, AVIXA, producer of InfoComm. “Our show floor activations and activation hubs give attendees a hands-on way to explore what’s possible and how these solutions come together in real environments.”
The education program will run June 13–19 and include sessions for AV and IT professionals, designers, engineers and technology managers.
While the full agenda will be announced later, planned topics include:
- AI applications in conferencing systems, digital signage, classrooms and live events
- Accessibility in AV design
- Core AV skills such as production workflows, system monitoring and network security
- Deployment strategies and project case studies
Education formats will include the Vision Stage, Spotlight Stage, AVIXA TV Studio and Xchange LIVE sessions.
Integrated Experience Tours are returning and will again offer behind-the-scenes access to real-world AV installations. Two tours at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) have been confirmed.
One tour will explore Dreamscape Learn, a 4,000-square-foot immersive VR learning environment. Another will highlight advanced AV applications at UNLV’s medical school, including virtual anatomy labs, PTZ-equipped cadaver labs and multi-room overflow systems.
Additional tours will be announced in the coming months.
Attendees will also see continued renovations at the Las Vegas Convention Center, including upgrades to Central Hall designed to improve lighting, sightlines and overall navigation.
