Jabra Launches New Evolve3 Headsets Designed for Hybrid, Open Office and Desk-Based Work

Jabra has expanded its Evolve3 professional headset lineup with three new models designed for different workplace environments. The new Evolve3 65 Flex, Evolve3 65 and Evolve3 45 are built for hybrid workers, open-office professionals and desk-based users, respectively. The company said the expanded lineup is intended to give organizations more flexibility when selecting headsets for different roles while providing a structured upgrade path from the Evolve2 series.

All three headsets include Jabra ClearVoice technology for voice pickup, in-call active noise cancellation (ANC) and audio optimized for AI-powered collaboration tools. The models also support secure Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity, centralized device management through Jabra Plus Management and Jabra Xpress, and certification for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. Jabra said the headsets are designed to improve both meeting audio quality and voice input for AI-driven features such as speech-to-text and meeting summaries.

Each model is tailored to a different work environment. The Evolve3 65 Flex features a foldable, boomless design with Adaptive ANC for professionals who frequently move between locations. The Evolve3 65 is designed for open-office environments and includes a three-microphone array, Adaptive ANC and a reversible boom arm. The lightweight Evolve3 45 is intended for users who spend most of their day at a desk and prioritizes comfort for frequent calls.

The Jabra Evolve3 65 Flex, Evolve3 65 and Evolve3 45 will be available globally in September 2026.
