Jabra has introduced the Perform 45 SE, a second-generation push-to-talk headset designed to help frontline teams communicate more clearly in busy, customer-facing environments.
The Perform 45 SE builds on the original Jabra Perform 45 with an upgraded noise-cancelling microphone, enhanced 10 mm speaker and extended battery life. Designed primarily for retail associates, the headset also supports use in healthcare, hospitality and construction settings where clear, hands-free communication is essential.
Frontline teams often work in loud environments that require quick coordination and minimal disruption. Jabra said the Perform 45 SE improves voice pickup and listening clarity while maintaining a lightweight design intended for all-day wear. The headset also features an end-user replaceable, recyclable battery to support longer product life cycles and more sustainable operations.
With upgraded noise cancellation, the microphone reduces background noise by up to 93 percent, based on internal testing conducted by GN in 2025. The improved speaker is designed to deliver clearer incoming audio, helping reduce the need for repeated communication in busy spaces such as sales floors and stockrooms.

The headset provides up to 11 hours of talk time, supporting long or staggered shifts without requiring mid-day charging. A Face2Face mode allows users to mute incoming audio by lifting the microphone boom arm, enabling associates to focus on in-person customer interactions before resuming team communication.
The Perform 45 SE is designed for shared use, with easy-to-clean surfaces, three included EarGel sizes for a more secure fit and an IP54 rating for durability. The headset can be worn on either ear and is intended to remain comfortable during extended use.
Push-to-talk functionality works with the Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie app, Zello and Zebra Workcloud Sync, allowing teams to communicate instantly without additional devices or complex setup. Bluetooth 5.3 with Bluetooth Low Energy enhances stability and efficiency, with readiness for Low Energy (LE) Audio.
The Jabra Perform 45 SE is available beginning January 2026 through Amazon and Jabra.com, with a suggested retail price of $149.99. Optional accessories, including the Jabra Perform 5-Bay Charging Stand, are sold separately.
