Jetbuilt Partners With Industry Analysts to Expand AV Market Intelligence

Jetbuilt has formed a partnership with industry analysts Sean Wargo and Lee Dodson to support the company’s efforts to expand its audiovisual market intelligence. The collaboration aims to combine Jetbuilt’s project-level data with external expertise to provide a broader view of activity across the professional AV industry.

Jetbuilt’s platform processes thousands of project entries daily, logging product selections, system designs, and application trends from AV professionals. The company says this dataset reflects current activity within sectors such as education, corporate, government, and entertainment.

“Sean and Lee bring an unmatched understanding of the science and the strategy behind market data,” said Paul Dexter, chief executive officer and founder of Jetbuilt. “By collaborating with them, we can unlock the full value of the information that already exists within our platform and turn it into practical insights that our Jetbuilt users can leverage to plan more effectively.”

Wargo and Dodson, co-founders of Apogee Insight, plan to apply their background in analytics, market research, and AV operations to interpret patterns within Jetbuilt’s dataset. Their work will focus on identifying technology trends, shifts in demand, and changes in system design behavior based on verified project submissions.

“Our goal is to make this a living view of the audiovisual market and evolve as the industry does,” said Wargo. “By drawing from real project behavior rather than self-reported input, we can reveal what’s really happening on the ground. That’s powerful information for every segment of the channel.”

Dodson said the initiative will include both numerical reporting and explanations intended to help organizations understand broader patterns in the market.

“Manufacturers and integrators alike have long needed a clearer way to connect what’s happening in the field with broader market conditions,” said Dodson. “This initiative helps bridge that gap. We’ll not only present data, but provide context that helps companies understand the ‘why’ behind the numbers.”

Jetbuilt and Apogee Insight plan to expand the initiative over time, exploring additional data sources and developing tools intended to help stakeholders benchmark performance and evaluate potential demand shifts.
