SailPoint Technologies has upgraded its Pune, India, office with Kramer AV technology to support hybrid meetings, presentations and larger company events. Working with integrator SRSG Broadcast India Pvt. Ltd., the company installed a system that allows two neighboring meeting rooms to operate independently or combine into one larger collaboration space.
The installation brings together 4K video distribution, wireless presentation, professional audio and centralized room control. Kramer VS-66H2 matrix switching enables video sources to be routed across displays, while VIA Connect3 supports wireless content sharing. USB-C and HDMI wall connections also allow employees to connect laptops directly, giving them multiple ways to share content during meetings.
For hybrid collaboration, Kramer DSP-62-AEC digital signal processors provide acoustic echo cancellation, automatic microphone mixing and noise suppression. The Kramer SWT3-41-U allows cameras, microphones and other USB devices to be shared between the rooms without manually reconnecting equipment when the room configuration changes. This supports BYOD meetings using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
A Kramer KC-Virtual Brain1 control platform coordinates the room’s video, audio and USB systems. Using RC-308 wall controllers, employees can select Room 1, Room 2 or Combined mode with a single touch. The system then adjusts the AV configuration to match the selected layout, while an iPad interface provides additional controls when needed.

The installation also uses a dedicated AV network to separate collaboration technology from other network infrastructure. According to the project details, the integrated system gives SailPoint’s IT team a centralized environment to support while allowing employees to move between smaller meetings and larger events without manually reconfiguring the AV equipment.
