Mimo has introduced MystReserve, a room scheduling solution designed to help organizations manage shared meeting spaces using existing calendar platforms.
The new offering, which will debut at InfoComm 2026, expands Mimo’s portfolio beyond display hardware and into software-based workplace solutions. According to the company, MystReserve is designed to simplify room scheduling while giving organizations flexibility in how they manage meeting spaces.
Rather than requiring users to adopt a specific unified communications platform, MystReserve connects directly to existing calendar systems, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Mimo said this approach allows organizations to deploy room scheduling tools without committing to a single ecosystem.
“MystReserve represents an important step forward for Mimo as we expand beyond hardware into complete solutions,” said David Anderson, Mimo Founder and CEO. “Our customers want technology that is easy to deploy and easy to use. MystReserve delivers simple, flexible room scheduling that works with the tools they already rely on.”
Designed for Mimo’s family of tablet displays, MystReserve provides real-time room availability information, on-screen booking capabilities and visual room status indicators. The company said the software is validated specifically for Mimo hardware to provide a consistent user experience.
Mimo also noted that MystReserve includes one year of software access with the purchase of compatible hardware.
The company will demonstrate MystReserve at InfoComm 2026 in booth C7679.
