Navori Labs Unveils Composable Digital Signage Platform Ahead of InfoComm 2026

Navori Labs has introduced a next-generation digital signage platform designed to unify content management, data integration, device management, analytics, AI connectivity and monetization within a single software ecosystem.

The company will showcase the platform at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas, where it will demonstrate a new architecture aimed at helping organizations manage increasingly complex screen networks through a more open and flexible approach.

The launch comes nine months after Navori’s integration of Signagelive and reflects the company’s strategy to move beyond traditional content management systems toward a broader operational platform for enterprise digital signage.

“We are evolving the digital signage CMS into a genuine orchestration platform,” said Jason Cremins, chief product officer at Navori Labs. “Organizations need a way to connect content, data, devices, analytics and AI into a single operational environment.”

Built around a series of modular services, the platform combines content creation, automation, analytics, device management and revenue-generation tools under a unified framework. Navori said the architecture is designed to enable organizations to connect digital signage networks with business applications, data sources and operational workflows without requiring extensive custom development.

One of the platform’s most significant additions is support for Model Context Protocol (MCP), an emerging framework designed to connect software platforms with artificial intelligence services and external business systems. Through MCP, users can link signage networks with enterprise applications, automate workflows and interact with systems using natural language commands.

According to Navori, the technology allows organizations to leverage AI for tasks such as network analysis, operational automation and dashboard creation while reducing the complexity often associated with traditional API integrations.

“The future isn’t just about putting AI inside a product,” Cremins said. “It’s about connecting everything a platform can do to the broader AI ecosystem and enabling organizations to orchestrate entirely new experiences.”

The company also announced native support for ePaper displays, extending management capabilities beyond conventional digital signage screens. Developed through a partnership with Agile Display Solutions and supported by E Ink, the integration enables ePaper displays to be managed through the same interface used for media players, LED displays and other digital signage endpoints.

The move addresses a longstanding challenge for organizations deploying ePaper technology, which has traditionally required separate management systems tied to specific hardware vendors. Navori said the unified approach can reduce operational complexity while expanding deployment options for low-power display applications.

The company believes the integration will be particularly relevant for retail, transportation, hospitality, corporate and public-sector environments where energy-efficient display technologies are becoming increasingly attractive.

In addition to platform enhancements, Navori previewed a retail media and digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising solution scheduled for release later this year. The new ad server, part of the platform’s Monetize module, will support campaign management, audience measurement, inventory management and revenue optimization for organizations seeking to generate advertising revenue from their screen networks.

The company said the offering is designed for retailers, quick-service restaurant chains and other operators building retail media networks, one of the fastest-growing segments of the digital signage market.

The platform is further supported by Navori’s StiX family of media players, which provide edge playback, analytics and audience measurement capabilities. Combined with a re-engineered universal player architecture, the company said the technology enables consistent deployment across a wide range of hardware platforms while simplifying management and software updates.

As digital signage networks become increasingly connected to enterprise systems, cloud services and AI tools, Navori is positioning its composable platform as a foundation for managing content, devices, data and automation from a single environment.

The company will demonstrate the platform and its latest innovations at Booth C7223 during InfoComm 2026, held June 17-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
