NetSpeek announced its Agent Fleet partnerships and the upcoming general availability of Lena, its AI-powered management platform for Pro AV and UCC environments, scheduled for Q3 2025. Designed as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, Lena helps end users and managed service providers scale operations and manage collaborative AV and communications infrastructure.
Lena can be deployed as a standalone platform or used alongside existing remote monitoring and management tools. It supports a wide range of technologies commonly found in AV and UCC environments.
NetSpeek’s Agent Fleet includes partnerships with more than 10 leading AV manufacturers, including Aurora, Barco, BrightSign, Neat, Poly, Samsung, Sennheiser and Skykit. The fleet of AI Agents gives Lena platform-specific knowledge, enabling users to streamline operations in mixed-technology environments.
Each AI transaction—whether device queries, troubleshooting tasks or analytics requests—occurs in an isolated environment, minimizing risk by eliminating data transfers to external APIs. NetSpeek said no customer data is ever sold, shared or used to train outside models, ensuring full data ownership and privacy.
